COURTESY TAXIS are a long established taxi firm with currently 30 cars operating 24 hours a day with no increase in cost after midnight.
For the last 3 years we have been operating a computer booking & dispatch system, which allows us to track all our vehicles all over the UK.
Also the computer system installed in the cars has full satellite navigation so the drivers can pinpoint any address in the UK. We also incorporate a "CALL BACK" facility which allows us to ring your mobile or home phone to let you know that the taxi is outside and waiting.
Also we'll shortly be be introducing our unique and exclusive “taxi-text” service. This enables you to book a taxi via a text message from your mobile.
Also in the near future we shall be introducing, once again unique and exclusive, an e-mail booking system where you can book your taxi via e-mail.

Been with them 4 times- arrived on time, (also a student rate) but wouldn't say they are that cheap. However booked a taxi with them over the phone and the man was extremely rude and dismissive, the only words he spoke were "from" and "to". Also when asking where we're heading, he said, "that means nothing to me". Surely being the taxi drivers they are meant to know......

Years back I would use a variety of firms with random delays and the like. 8 years ago or so I tried Courtesy Taxis and haven't used another firm since. Seem to be very organised and in all this time they haven't let us down once.

On a rare visit to Norwich. Courtesy Taxi cost £7 for a 1.5 mile trip, fair enough, call out, etc (!) Return trip cost me £10 for the same 1.5 mile trip...because the driver "didn't have any change" with him, on a Saturday night!!!

Recommended to us by a fellow guide dog owner. This is important because taxi firms can be difficult with assistance dogs, despite it being illegal to refuse to take one or charge more for doing so. Found them abit expensive but very guide dog friendly and punctual. Would rather pay abit more per fare overall and get polite friendly drivers, than get ripped off by drivers of other firms adding a couple of quid on for the dog or being rude and offensive when they realise they're carrying visually impaired people ! So far so good with Courtesy.

Top firm and been a regular for years.. seems to be the same girl as operator for years but maybe she's the reason they're so well managed! Always on time and competitively priced!

Recommended via a friend a year ago and been using them solidly. Usually ontime or early and will call you on arrival so you're aware the taxi is present. I too happily recommend them.

This is the only cab company I will use now. Started using them after a bad experience with ABC and they have treated me well every since! Friendly drivers, cars always on time (in fact, often early!) and prices consistent.

Not one I'd use,but not the worst. If you need a taxi why not flag a black cab - not as expensive,by comparison,as some people think - sometimes cheaper!

Very reliable taxi company and won't have you hanging round. Tend to be very well organised.
