A great value Hotel not far from the city centre.

Check Dates

A Norman Castle, a medieval Cathedral and narrow lanes packed with antique shops are just some of the surprises Norwich has in store.

This 119 bedroom hotel offers excellent accommodation along with a modern lounge bar and restaurant. The hotel also has an indoor swimming pool. Nearby attractions include the Norfolk Broads, Bressingham Gardens and the Steam Museum.

Rating: 4 Stars Review by Katsmum

Portsmouth, United Kingdom - 20th August 2011

As a family of 2 adults and a child of 10 years, we have stayed at this hotel on about 4 or 5 occaisions in the last 2 years. The rooms are pleasant and comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good quality and offers a good selection from fruit, cereals, toast to traditional cooked breakfast. This is buffet service. Free use of the pool, gym and sauna for guests is a great asset. The pool is a smaller version of a local swimming pool but fine for most needs. If you like a good stroll you can walk to the town in approx 40mins. They have a large free car park. Location is good if you are driving. Without transport it's a bit far out if you want to be near the town centre. We ate an evening meal there once, which was very poor. It was a promotion roast. My husband described it as a TV dinner. I have had better school dinners in the 1970's. If we get a good deal we stay there (around 60-65 night). If it's up to 80 we stay elsewhere. I would award 3.5 stars.
